Office for Access & Equity

The Office for Access and Equity provides resources and services to ensure that the university’s educational and employment opportunities are equitable, accessible, and inclusive for all.

Under the leadership of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Access and Equity, and reporting to the Vice Chancellor for Access, Civil Rights, and Community, OAE is an integral part of the university’s effort to promote a more just and equitable campus community.

The Office for Access & Equity is responsible for issues pertaining to:

• EEO Compliance
• Workforce Equity in Recruitment and Hiring Practices
• Employee Diversity Dashboard
