Academic Accommodations Implementation Review (AAIR) Process

The Academic Accommodations Implementation Review (AAIR) Process is available to students with current DRES Letters of Academic Accommodations to promptly address disputes that may arise related to the implementation of their academic accommodation in their current courses. The AAIR process includes an informal and formal process which are available to a student currently enrolled in a course in which the dispute arises related to implementation. Request a Review

If you believe your instructor’s implementation decision about your academic accommodations is incorrect, you can request a review by the ADA Coordinator.

Submit a Request

The AAIR process is distinct from the university’s procedures for investigating and adjudicating unlawful discrimination based on disability pursuant to the university’s Nondiscrimination policy.
